Crispy Tofu "Chicken" Nugget Recipe

Quick Recipe:

  • 1/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp salt or garlic salt

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1/3 cup liquid aminos

  • 1 block extra-firm organic tofu


How:

  1. Drain tofu 20 min. Wrap in paper towel or cheese cloth.

  2. Preheat oven to 340°F.

  3. Mix dry ingredients. Dip tofu in liquid aminos → coat.

  4. Bake on parchment 20 min per side.
