Quick Recipe:
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt or garlic salt
1 tsp cornstarch
1/3 cup liquid aminos
1 block extra-firm organic tofu
How:
Drain tofu 20 min. Wrap in paper towel or cheese cloth.
Preheat oven to 340°F.
Mix dry ingredients. Dip tofu in liquid aminos → coat.
Bake on parchment 20 min per side.
