Vanilla Matcha Protein Balls Recipe

Perfect for a quick afternoon snack, pre-workout fuel, or something nourishing to keep in the fridge for busy days.
Ingredients
• ¾ cup cashews
• ½ cup walnuts
• ½ cup pitted dates
• ⅔ cup vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1½ tsp green tea powder (matcha)
• ~⅓ cup water
Directions
1️⃣ Add cashews and walnuts to a food processor and pulse until crumbly.
2️⃣ Add dates, protein powder, coconut oil, and matcha. Blend until combined.
3️⃣ Slowly add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.
4️⃣ Roll into small balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
Serving
Makes about 5 servings (around 4 bites per serving).
Optional: Roll in unsweetened shredded coconut for extra texture.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
