Raspberry Chia Protein Pudding Recipe

A quick, protein-rich breakfast or snack that supports blood sugar balance, digestion, and steady energy.



This is one of our favorite “prep once, nourish all week” staples.

• Raspberries → antioxidants + low-glycemic sweetness

• Healthy fats → keep you full and focused


Simple. Functional. Nourishing. 🌿


Ingredients:

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

3/4 cup raspberries

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes


Directions:

Mix everything except raspberries.

Refrigerate 20 minutes (or overnight).

Top with mashed berries + coconut. Enjoy!
