Recipe:
• 1 cup egg whites
• 1 packet stevia
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste ( optional )
• Optional: 1 scoop collagen protein for extra protein support
Whip egg whites until fluffy/stiff peaks form. Fold in stevia and vanilla bean paste.
Bake at 375°F until golden and set (about 10–15 min depending on thickness).
What we added on top:
We cooked apples in tallow with a splash of coconut milk, then finished it with a drizzle of wild honey. Perfect warm, nourishing post-workout fuel.
Light, airy, high protein, and easy on digestion.
Nutrition (base cloud cake):
• ~190 calories
• ~39–40g protein
• Very low carb
• Fat-free
With collagen added:
• ~48–50g protein total
