Easy Gluten Free Avocado Wrap Recipe

"We should eat fewer flour tortillas...” So we made our own!



This 4-ingredient avocado wrap is soft, filling, and made entirely from real food.


Recipe:

• 1 large avocado

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp salt (or any spices you love)

• 1 tbsp lemon juice


Blend until smooth, spread thin on parchment, and bake at 350°F for ~10–12 minutes until set. Cool slightly, fill, and roll.
