INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
• ½ cucumber, grated + squeezed dry
• 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp fresh dill
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Salt cucumber → let sit 5–10 min → squeeze dry.
Mix everything together.
Chill 20 minutes.
