Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar Recipe

High-protein • No bake • Naturally sweetened • Freezer friendly



Makes: 8 bars

Time: 40 minutes


Ingredients

• 1 cup all-natural peanut butter

• 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder

• 1/3 cup coconut flour

• 3 1/2 oz dark chocolate

• 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt


Directions

1. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.

2. Mix peanut butter, protein powder, and coconut flour until smooth.

3. Press mixture firmly into the dish.

4. Melt chocolate in 30–45 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

5. Pour chocolate over the top and spread evenly. Sprinkle flaky salt.

6. Refrigerate 1 hour (until set), then slice into bars.


Notes

• Store in fridge up to 1 week

• Freeze up to 1 month

• Add nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, or a drizzle of honey/maple if desired

• Best served chilled
