Anti Anxiety Smoothie



This is my go to breakfast and helps set the stage for a calm day for me. This combination of foods provide a powerhouse of nutrients that help boost serotonin levels and decrease anxiety. Loaded with B vitamins, protein, omega 3's, and loads of minerals, this smoothie helps get my day started the right way. Hope you enjoy!


2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp of freshly ground flax seeds (grinding the seeds fresh is crucial to obtain those amazing omega 3's)

1 scoop of Orgain Keto Collage (vanilla)

2 tbsp natural peanut butter

1/2 sliced banana


Blend together until ingredients are all combined and enjoy!
