A sweet little reminder that dessert can support your health too. These cookies are packed with fiber, plant protein, and healthy fats to help keep blood sugar steady and cravings calm.
Why we love them:
• Plant-based protein for muscle repair & satiety
• Oats + cinnamon for blood sugar balance
• Almond butter for minerals + healthy fats
• Cranberries for antioxidants & gut support
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, mashed
¼ cup vanilla protein powder (plant-based works great)
1 cup oats
1 cup almond butter
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup dried unsweetened cranberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Mash banana and mix in protein powder.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll into balls, place on parchment-lined baking sheet, and gently flatten with a fork.
3. Bake 18–20 minutes, until lightly golden.
Tip: Store in the fridge up to 4 days or freeze for easy grab-and-go snacks.
